Marcelo is a licensed general contractor since 1988 has operated a family-owned real estate company that specializes in full service from acquisition, development, design and brokerage. Since 2012, we acquired Grove Properties to expand our real estate brokerage services beyond of just the properties we develop. Grove Properties is a boutique company specializing in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and Key Biscayne. Focusing in the real estate that borders Biscayne Bay and the beaches, the waterfront life is very much a part of Marcelo's personal life. Marcelo grew up on Biscayne Bay and has seen the devastation that has occurred in the past 25 years. Marcelo is also a licensed captain and is very concerned our next generations will only see a wasteland below the water surface. Miami Waterkeeper is a very important organization that leads the fight to saving our marine environment and waterways.
